Welcome to Aroniz

Greetings. My name is Orlando Ortiz. I am the owner of the website Aroniz.com. We are a property management company providing a customized suite of services for discriminating homeowners living either seasonally or full-time in luxury gated communities in northern Palm Beach County. I chose the name Aroniz because it stands for Aura, Rayzzah,  Orlando, Natalie, Isabella & Zoe. All of my treasures.

During my  15 years working in security for an exclusive gated community in the north county, I developed a reputation among the residents for providing concierge service "above and beyond" my job description. They came to understand that's what I do because I genuinely care for the resident's needs the same way I would for my own family. About five years ago, I was encouraged to expand my horizons and transitioned my career to property management, which has now evolved into Aroniz.

My familiarity with the unique needs and expectations of gated community residents enables me to provide tailored services that enhance their overall living experience. Whether it involves ensuring your home is prepared for your spring departure, the storm season, and your return in the fall, providing sourcing, coordination and oversight of vendors, or  organizing the garage, etc., my comprehensive approach to property management makes me an invaluable addition to the quality of your life.
